Job Description Summary The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team working in the rebar shop to build cages safely, accurately, and efficiently. Responsibilities : Build rebar cages according to drawings provided : tools supplied by the company: Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions: Unload and stack prefabricated steel so that it can be lifted with slings: Assist or perform crane operations for storing reinforcing steel: Experience using rebar fabrication machinery a plus, but not required: Warehouse environment, all work is performed indoors (No travel required): Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent: At least 1 year of related experience preferred: Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred: Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day What CRH Offers You : Highly competitive base pay: Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs: Group retirement savings program: Health and wellness programs: A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
