The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's growth by leveraging their expertise in real estate transactions. Duties:Manage and oversee complex real estate transactions from initiation to completion.Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.Cultivate and expand client relationships to enhance the firm's real estate practice.Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.Stay current with industry trends and changes in real estate law. Requirements:Portable book of business in real estate transactions.Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be advantageous. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Skills:Proven track record in handling complex real estate transactions.Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Client-focused approach with the ability to foster and maintain relationships.
