The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar or be eligible for admission, and additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus. Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and oversee real estate transactions.Manage a portfolio of clients and transactions.Develop and implement legal strategies for complex real estate matters.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.Oversee junior attorneys and legal support staff.Participate in business development activities. Requirements:Portable book of business.Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.Additional admission to the Arizona, Colorado, and/or Nevada Bar (a plus). Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Skills:Extensive experience in real estate transactions.Proven business development skills.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Leadership and management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
