MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving• Professional in attitude and appearance• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Real Estate License Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly About Company: The Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team is a Top-Selling Team in the Upstate SC real estate market.
