Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis• Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Upside commission opportunity• Database campaigns• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts• Close sales Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Professional in attitude and appearance• Real estate license• Commission opportunity• Superb communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
