Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Communicate with clients and potential clients• Schedule showing appointments• Attend showings• Provide prompt showing feedback• Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings• The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through the closing Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker.
