Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Team and individual sales and lead generation• Convert buyers• Convert showings to sales• Lead follow up• Sales scripts and objection handler mastery• Set appointments Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Real estate license• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
