Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Sales scripts mastery• Close sales• Set appointments Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Present yourself in a professional manner• A real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
