MTRG uses unique, proprietary systems to help remove obstacles for potential sellers and buyers. In other words, we can help you get prospects off the sidelines and into the game. Agents who successfully apply these systems in their interactions with prospects and clients grow the confidence necessary to earn an outstanding income in real estate. Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 based upon plan achievement of 70 buyer presentations and 30 seller presentations annually. Responsibilities: --- Prospect --- Show homes and attend listing appointments --- Negotiate purchase agreements --- Negotiate property repairs --- Attend closing And that's it. We want you to focus on the money-making activities. We'll take care of the rest.
