Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal• Prospect for new leads to promote new business Included but not limited to: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients• Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis• Conduct open houses• Doorknock target areas for new business• Attend networking events• Attend client events• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales Regular work activities: • Driving buyer clients to homes• Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes• Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria• Maintain contact with all buyers Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Self-motivation and drive• Great communication and social skills• Past sales experience is preferred• Active Real Estate License• At least 6 months of Real Estate experience is preferred• People person willing to help clients• Friendly personality• Naturally a self-starter What we're looking for in this person: • People-oriented• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in his/her car• Ability to analyze clients and match them to homes• Learning-based• Willing to learn scripts and dialogue• A go-getter and self-driven Compensation: $150,000+ About Company: We are an enthusiastic and marketing-savvy team and GROWING FAST into all areas of Southern California.
