Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Teach database and COI marketing• Command training• Coaching appointments• Weekly accountability with agents• Help negotiate contracts• Actively sells• Ability to teach sales talk mastery Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
