Our Brokerage is growing, and we are excited to announce this unique opportunity! We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in our company. The ideal candidate must be dedicated, devoted, and have a proven track record & a natural ability to lead and elevate agents through coaching and training. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for in-house training classes and mentoring agents as well as hiring and interviewing new agents. Salary + Commission Responsibilities:• Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Buyer & Seller Sales Agent Systems• Train And Educate Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agents Including The Implementation Of A Structured Class And Training Schedule• Monitor And Mentor Parrot Realty Sales Agents• Work Hand And Hand With The Leadership Team Including The Team Leader, Operations Director, And Marketing Director• Monitoring Lead Flow, Sourcing, And Conversion Rates• Recruit & Hire Experienced Real Estate Agents Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Strong ability to lead a team• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal• Prior sales experience is extremely important• Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience• Problem analysis and problem-solving Compensation: $95,0000 + bonuses About Company: Our team leader is in the top 5 in Broward County, Florida!
