Growing local company with International brand seeks an experienced manager with passion & excitement to help build a TOP real estate brokerage. Are you an experienced manager who truly cares about the success of the team? Are you willing to do what it takes to support your agents and customers? A natural leader? Do you understand and love the real estate industry? Are you technology savvy? The key focus of this position will be to recruit, interview, train, develop agents, lead, coach the sales team & oversee staff, office systems, marketing, and customer service. Have you built or grown a company? Are you a true leader with the ability to motivate and inspire?
