Responsibilities: • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Buyer lead generation• Buyer lead follow-up• Close buyer sales• Database and CRM campaigns• Sales talk mastery• Set appointments• Close appointments• Follow the team plan Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Show a track record of real estate success• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
