Responsibilities:• Source and contact potential property buyers and sellers• Assist clients in determining their property needs and desires and locate suitable real estate listings• Negotiate and mediate between parties involved in a real estate transaction• Prepare and review documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases• Escort clients through the home buying process, providing guidance and support• Gain referrals by meeting and exceeding client expectations• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects• Minimum 3+ closings per year Qualifications:• Possess an active Real Estate license • Membership in the San Antonio Board of Realtors is needed• Positive, customer-oriented and people-focused attitude• Knowledge of Real Estate markets and current trends• Experience with the San Antonio or Houston Real Estate market is preferred• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Bachelor's degree is desirable but not essential• Previous Real Estate sales background is desirable but not necessary• Customer advocacy and meeting goals• Good communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to listen actively and ask questions• Detail-oriented when writing and reviewing contracts• Demonstrated tenacity and resilience in challenging situations• Organizational and time management aptitude Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission About Company: Mission Statement: To be the organization of choice for learning-based enterprisers committed to adding value to the lives of the people we serve.
