We have support for almost every other aspect of the business. --- Business Planning --- Marketing --- Transaction (paperwork) Management --- Legal Help We want our agents to focus as much of their time as possible on doing deals. Not the other stuff. Leads:Most Real Estate Agents aren't used to being busy. Our Team is very good at getting agents very busy, fast. Our "Leads" aren't just leads. They are leads that convert into deals. Over half of all the deals our Team closes are Team generated deals. Our Team Leads in 2023 led to... --- Average Price of Closed Deals = $1.1m --- $80m in Sales Volume from Team Deals --- Total Commissions Generated = $1.7m Yes, we generate leads for our agents to work and add more income to their business. We also teach you how to build and nurture a database that will pay you forever. Training & Mentorship:Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business. We have a Training Calendar that will keep you growing, week over week. --- Open Role Play (zoom) - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:15am --- Team Huddle - Wednesday 10am - 11am --- Sales Training - Wednesday 12:30pm - 1:45pm --- Agent Launch (New Agents) - Friday 11:15am - 12:30pm We also have experience based trainings or masterminds. This way you're in the room with others who are in your same position. There is no lack of training on our Team. NEW AGENTS: All New Agents that join Onyx Homes interview each of our mentors. You decide who if best suited to help you launch your career. Your mentor will help you close your first three deals. EXPERIENCED AGENTS: Coach with our Owner, Christian Stubbs.
