The primary goal of the Real Estate Sales Agent Recruiter is to recruit new and seasoned agents to our offices. This goal will be achieved by: learning and staying on top of everything that we have to offer, understanding our culture and core values, spending a significant amount of time on the road meeting with potential recruits via Zoom, in-person, and contacting and conversing with potential agents via phone, email and online recruiting efforts.Primary job responsibilities include:● Point person for all regional recruiting● Follow plan for recruiting new and seasoned agents● Learn about and stay up-to-date with everything we offer agents● Determine the best places to run ads, email, snail mail, social and other recruiting campaigns● Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and explain compensation plans when appropriate● Work with Marketing to determine the marketing tools needed for recruiting● Use recruiting software, our own CRM, and other online tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline● Meet with potential agents, determine when to bring Exec Team members or Management in, and hand-off for paperwork completion● Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell our value proposition● Create contacts within the industry● Network through attending local industry-related events● All other duties as assigned and as the position evolvesThis is a full-time, salaried role with bonuses on recruiting, retention, and production. The Real Estate Sales Agent Recruiter MUST Be comfortable talking on the phone and face-to-face Understand that they will need to talk to many, many people every day Learn and communicate our core values and what we offer Use a contact management database, sending regular and consistent email, and text campaigns to target prospects Have real estate experience Job Type: Full-time
