Responsibilities:Some of the daily tasks that you will be responsible for will include:• Calling, texting & emailing leads as they come in from our advertising campaigns on social media• Adding all incoming leads to our CRM system for effective follow-up• Building a rapport and relationship with recruits while communicating our company values• Marketing through our tools to help build brand awareness Qualifications:• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Great at time management and organization • Experience working with a CRM• Some experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar fields is helpful, but not required Compensation: $3,500 monthly + Bonus About Company: HomeSmart Realty West is a leader in the Real Estate industry, a technology-based full-service Real Estate company known for excellence located in San Diego, with offices in Carlsbad, Mission Valley, Rancho Bernardo, and Temecula!
