Responsibilities: • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met• Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly• Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers• Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service• High School Diploma or equivalent• Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 yearly About Company: We are the number one Century 21 firm in Pennsylvania, with 11 locations serving PA and NJ.
