We fix and flip between 50 and 75 homes per year- you will be the person overseeing and scheduling crews, subcontractors, and priorities. Responsibilities:• Prioritize tasks, projects, and time to ensure smooth flow of construction operations• Visit projects to ensure operations are orderly and on schedule• Cultivate relationships with our in-house construction team and subcontractors• Hire new construction crew members• Determine the scope of work for new projects and hold the team accountable to execute in a timely manner Qualifications:• Construction Management required• Excellent communication skills• Organizational skills and process minded Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly About Company: We are a fast-paced start-up that is growing quickly.
