They have a need for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team! Residential real state transactions experience is mandatory and commercial real estate experience is a plus! They are willing to train the right candidate. This candidate should have the ability to work proactively and independently; but the firm offers a collaborative work environment.The candidate will be engaged in a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, commercial leases, development related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts, such as title and survey reviews. This firm is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal representation for each client. This firm prides itself on being responsive and available to clients and resolving the clients’ legal issues efficiently and effectively.
