Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! Responsibilities: • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers• Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media• Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Assist with coordinating and executing photoshoots for clients, teams, branding, and evergreen content• Responsible for strategy and execution of retargeting ads to build brand awareness Qualifications: • Develop new concepts based on input• Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • 2+ years of experience in Marketing• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required • Must be in the San Antonio area Compensation: $38,000 - $42,000 yearly About Company: We are passionate about moving people FORWARD, whether that is buying or selling a home, and making a big change.
