Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales• Develop effective negotiation strategies to close contracts with Buyers' Agents• Present selling points and suggested asking prices to sellers in a concise and clear manner• Generate new leads and business opportunities• Reach out to clients and provide routine reports on the status of their listing to promote customer satisfaction and referrals Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills• Live in Maryland or Pennsylvania Compensation: $126,000 About Company: We exist to impact others to prosper by disrupting the status quo of traditional real estate through innovative thinking and technology to create loyal, lifetime customers, and be the best place to work in the industry!
