Successful real estate team seeking an experienced and motivated Listing Agent to work with our top listing agent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully listing and selling properties, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market and local sales contracts. An active real estate license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales goals. If you are a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Prospecting for new businesses • Building and maintaining relationships with clients• Utilizing marketing strategies to sell properties and negotiating contracts Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings About Company: At Keller Williams, we are committed to providing our agents with unparalleled support and resources.
