Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price• Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Lead follow up• Listing lead generation• Close listing appointments• Close listing sales• Generate buyer leads off of listings• Sales scripts mastery• Follow the plan Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ at plan About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
