The Real Estate Leasing Mana g e r will a dvise W HPDA re g a rding t h e e s t a bl i shment of c ompeti t ive ta r g e t l e a se r a tes a nd le a sing strategies based on comparable economic and demographic data . Knowledge of 2015 Gila River Indian Community Leasing Regulations and Code of Federal Regulations: Title 25 Business Lease Requirements, Part 162, Subpart D Business Leases Facilitate potential leasing tenants through the 2015 Gila River Indian Community Leasing Regulations. Ensure contracts are in compliance with the Gila River Indian Community Constitution, Ordinances & Regulations, and any applicable Federal Requirements. Assist the WHPDA Marketing Manager and vendors in the effective utilization of the WHPDA website and digital strategy. M a intain a d a ta b a s e sy s tem for WHPDA leased properties. Apply r e l e v a nt knowl e d g e in follow i ng c ont r a ct, pr o p e r t y, or in s u r a n c e law s Key Qualifications - Education & Work Experience: D e gree in R e a l E s tat e , B u s in e s s Admini s t ration, or 10 years of substantial commercial real estate experience Substantial experience in commercial real estate leasing. Knowledge of the 2015 Gila River Leasing Regulations Understanding of the Dept. of Interior-Bureau of Indian Affairs Code of Federal Regulations Part 25 Business Leasing Knowledge of Tribal Governments Arizona R e a l E s tate L i c e n s e p referred. Prefer candidate who has e xp e rien c e w o r king in or w i t h Native Ameri c a n T ribal businesses. Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a highs school diploma or GED. Knowledge of development due diligence requirements (cultural and environmental assessments, civil surveys) Ability to l ea d complex r e s e a rch proje c ts th r ough to a n end point, in c luding p re s enting to the B o a rd of Dire c to r s a n d/or G ila R iv e r I ndi a n C o mmuni t y T r ib a l C ounc il, Able to communi ca t e e ff e cti v e l y a nd l ea d others th r ough criti ca l d e c i s io n - ma king.
