Responsibilities:• Lead Generation• CRM• Database• Marketing• Smart plans• Individual contributions to the team• Do your part in your weekly and daily team contribution• Work on a prospecting system• Set appointments• Execute appoints• Close team sales Qualifications:• Must have a valid Real Estate License• Sales experience• Ability to use or learn different software programs: excel, word, command, connect, FB ads, etc.• Superb communication• Ability to work independently and with groups• Recruiting experience is a plus• Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Our LuxurySold team is rapidly expanding into our Phoenix partners!
