You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented acquisitions specialist who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired• Must have an Active Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: Giving Tree Realty was recently honored to receive the coveted "Best Place to Work" award two years running!
