We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license• +1 year of real estate sales experience• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Close To Office Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: We, at Lydia Gable Realty Group with Compass are a leading Real Estate Group in the Conejo Valley; with a respected brand and are also a fun group of individuals to work with.
