We are in need of a real estate inside sales specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• +1 year of real estate sales experience• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000+ yearly About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
