We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven real estate inside sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Responsibilities: • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us• Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals• Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Proactively reach out to hot leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to initiate conversations and assess their real estate needs• Schedule appointments between potential clients and our real estate agents• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate follow-up and lead nurturing• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion• Stay informed about the real estate market trends and regulations to provide accurate information to leads• Be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to accommodate the schedules of potential clients• Utilize problem-solving skills to address any concerns or questions from leads promptly• Demonstrate persistence and resilience in following up with leads until they are ready to convert• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the brokerage Qualifications: • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car• +1 year of experience generating real estate leads• Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred• Must possess a real estate license• Demonstrated motivation and a results-driven approach• Flexible schedule with the willingness to work outside normal business hours if necessary• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in writing• Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology• Experience working with CRM software and managing client databases• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns efficiently• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 About Company: Beach Properties Real Estate Group is the premier, full-service real estate company serving Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, Windmark Beach, Port St. Joe, and Cape San Blas area, along with Indian Pass and the surrounding areas.
