Real Estate - Construction Program Manager

Description:
What You'll Need: --- Analytical and problem solving skills. --- Knowledge of project management methodology, or currently actively progressing in education of. --- Strong organizational and time management skills. --- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. --- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. --- Superior customer service and client interfacing skills. --- Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization. --- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, OR equivalent work experience and training with proven project management experience and success. --- Proficiency in reading construction documents, drawings and lease language. --- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. --- Ability to deliver high quality projects using non-traditional/non-formal PMO structure/processes. --- Familiar with managing Water Fall and Agile or Iterative development projects. --- Familiar with managing 3rd party vendors. --- Experience with SmartSheet and Bluebeam --- Ability to earn the respect of the Construction and IT Infrastructure PM team in order to lead efforts, coordinate teams and handle issues and problems effectively in a timely manner. --- Ability to quickly learn and use new complex technical concepts and resolve issues with them in a rapidly changing environment. --- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Power Point, Excel and Visio. --- Ability to be productive in a pet friendly open space seating work environment.
