The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that turn into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client• Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations• Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision• Respond to customer calls, emails, and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data• Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated• Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language• Excellent communication and negotiating skills• Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language• Self-motivated • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities Compensation: $85,500 at plan yearly About Company: "Join the Future of Real Estate at eXp Realty!
