Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Support the Owner/Team Leader in all aspects of running a successful real estate team.• Develop and build your sales pipeline of clients.• Assist in managing client databases and property listings with precision and care.• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, absorbing knowledge and skills for a successful career in real estate. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Must have a GA Real Estate License.• Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency with modern technology and willingness to adopt new tools.• A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
