You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Buyer sales• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Buyer consultations• CRM and database mastery• Follow the buyer's plan of action• Execute appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: We are a group of highly productive, community-giving focused real estate agents, with service at the core of our practice of negotiating for and representing our clients to the very highest level.
