The Doug Hurd Team is actively seeking enthusiastic Real Estate Agents in the South Suburbs of Chicago - Calumet City, Matteson, Flossmoor, Park Forest, Richton Park etc. We want people who are eager to earn significantly and thrive in a dynamic environment! Partnered with Zillow we are overwhelmed with more live connection leads than we can manage and need a dedicated buyer's agent who is passionate about delivering an exceptional home buying experience. Your role will involve engaging with pre-qualified leads, showcasing properties, guiding clients through negotiations, and closing sales to help buyers secure their dream homes. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, motivated, and committed to providing top-notch service to every client. If you're ready to start making a substantial impact, apply now! Responsibilities: --- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close --- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction --- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender --- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers --- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Qualifications: --- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job --- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred --- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired --- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills --- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car --- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success About Company: Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
