Candidates should reside in or near Calgary and have be a licensed real estate agent or enrolled in RECA courses. Responsibilities: Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Qualifications: 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Show a track record of real estate success Must have a valid U.
