Responsibilities: • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Assist clients in buying and selling properties• Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values• Be all in for our mentorship program• Show properties to potential buyers• Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry• Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law• Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase, or sale, on behalf of clients Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Show a track record of real estate success• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission About Company: WHAT OUR TEAM HAS TO SAY We have been functioning as a top team in Hampton Roads with a reputation that spans over 20+ years.
