You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Buyer follow up• Database campaigns• Buyer sales• Set appointments• CRM mastery• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Show a track record of real estate success• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• A real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams is one of the most collaborative offices.
