Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Lead generation• Database systems and campaigns• Buyer sales• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery• Close sales• CRM mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• An established track record of successful real estate sales • A real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000+ at plan About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
