This is a commission-based only job. The possibility for a base salary would be decided after a probationary period, based on performance. We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate investment team. You will acquire new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with the sellers of these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Being a commission-based only position, keep in mind the more work you put into this position the bigger outcome you are going to get out of it. It’s your responsibility to manage your days, to make sure you are hitting your goals to be successful. Responsibilities: • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Underwrite prospect leads and make competitive offers• Meeting company KPIs, to help reach personal/business goals Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Real estate license not required at time of hiring but applicant must obtain at start of employment Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000 About Company: Remida Management LLC is about to embark on its 12-year anniversary!
