Myers Home Buyers is an award-winning real estate company based out of Addison, TX (Dallas). Our investment division identifies, negotiates, and acquires single-family homes for our institutional clients. Our client currently purchases 46+ properties/month in the DFW Metroplex and Houston. We are seeking driven individuals who are willing to put in the effort to hit our clients' monthly acquisition goals, and then some. For those interested in joining a fast-paced team with great career opportunities and the ability to make six figures, please apply. Applicant needs to have a consistent daily workflow, be a Texas real estate agent with a Texas Real Estate license, and be able to be in the office full-time Monday through Friday. The majority of our associates are $100,000+ earners. This is a commission-only position. In-office training is provided. Responsibilities: --- Evaluate and underwrite on-market and off-market properties, specifically single-family homes --- Identify target acquisitions, execute purchase agreements, and negotiate with sellers and listing agents on behalf of our buyer --- Keep detailed notes on valuations Qualifications: --- You Must have an active Texas Real Estate License to be considered for this position About Company: Myers Home Buyers was created to give homeowners who were struggling to sell their homes the traditional way another option.
