Ready Mix Class B Strata Training School We are seeking a dependable and organized candidate for our Class B truck driving school who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina who thrives working long hours on the road and can consistently ensure safe and accurate deliveries. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record. Strata CDL School Requirements Theory Classroom Training Behind-the-Wheel Training Must pass a background check and drug test Class B Truck Mixer Driver Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily truck inspections, responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, keeping truck clean, inside and out. Report all other needed repairs to the supervisor. Operate truck equipped with auxiliary concrete mixer to deliver ready mix concrete to customers as assigned. Use safe driving practices and traffic awareness to maintain a safe environment. Communicate with customers to understand job requirements and any job site conditions relevant to unloading material in a safe and timely manner. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and present a positive company image at all times. Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in the mixer and/or on the truck. Ensure all DOT, OSHA, EPA, DNR, Federal, State, and local safety and environmental regulation and company safety program compliance including attending training as required. Maintain and protect all property and keep it in excellent condition. Perform other duties as assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. . Class B Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Valid Class B commercial driver's permit required Clean driving record with no moving violations Able to lift up to 50 pounds Must pass a background check and drug test DOT Medical Card is required. Compensation: The compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Behind-the-wheel training is paid. Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
