Grizzly Trek invest in our people, our relationships and our partners, ensuring ready to work individuals meet job opportunities that create lasting success for them and our business partners Job Description: As a Loading Terminal Trainee at the Lochearn facility, you will play a critical role in supporting RAIL TERMINAL This position is integral to the safe and reliable loading of trucks and rail cars, as well as ensuring that equipment and facilities are maintained to meet throughput requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the loading of trucks and rail cars under the guidance of the Production Coordinator. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency. Uphold all client rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Engage actively in communications with Operations teams. Foster an adaptive, collaborative environment within the operations team. Support district objectives in alignment with client goals as a low-cost producer. Qualifications: Trades or Technical Certification, student or graduate preferred. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to motivate others in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with small mobile equipment. High school diploma. Physical capability to meet the demands of operational work (lifting up to 50lbs, use of stairs/ladders, working outdoors in various weather conditions). Proactive in creating positive change, bringing forward new ideas and initiatives. Ability to adapt priorities and focus to complete tasks timely. Requirements: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract. Valid H2S Alive, WHMIS, T. D. G. and First Aid certifications.
