Anticipated End Date: 2024-02-26 Position Title: Query Developer Consultant Senior - SQL & SSRS Job Description: Query Developer Consultant Senior - SQL & SSRS Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office one to two days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA , Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA, Indianapolis, IN, Mason, OH, Chicago, IL, Wallingford, CT, Tampa, FL or Louisville, KY. The Query Developer Consultant Senior - SQL & SSRS is viewed as an expert in the development and execution of data mining analyses and will support the Payment Integrity Special Investigations Unit in producing actionable insights via dashboards and complex performance reporting. How you will make an impact: Undertakes complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Develops very complex and varied strategic report applications from a Data Warehouse. Establishes and communicates common goals and direction for team. Establishes and maintains advanced knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and data integrity issues. Acts as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors project schedules and costs for projects. Develops and supports very complex Data Warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables. Conducts training on use of applications developed. Strategizes programming functions and features and how it would be used to design solutions. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BS/BA degree; minimum of 6 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: SQL programming experience strongly preferred. SSRS development experience strongly preferred. ETL experience strongly preferred. Visual Studio SSIS package experience preferred. Expert knowledge of Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI preferred. - Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization preferred.
