Quantity Surveyor GBP50,000 : GBP55,000 South Wales (Hybrid) Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within the construction industry? Have you got experience working on JCT and NEC contracts? Are you keen to work for a business that create bespoke structures? We are currently working with a specialist new build subcontractor that design, manufacture and install tensile fabric structures across the globe. We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the team Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of cost control and quantity surveying for multiple projects Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to cost or quantity Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies Requirements: Excellent knowledge of cost control and quantity surveying principles and practices Strong analytical and problem: solving skills Large amounts of experience working on construction projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts Willingness to travel as required If you are interested in this position, please click Apply or alternatively please get in touch to discuss further This employer is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
