Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide accurate estimates for the project. Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of any financial issues. Prepare and present detailed reports on project financial performance. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly on motorways or large infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in relevant software tools.
