Quantity Surveyor : Long Stratton, Norwich Are you looking for a role as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering Industry? Then look no further as my Client is looking for a QS to join their team and they are actively interviewing at the moment. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3 : 7 years of experience to work on a Civil/ Highways project in the Norwich area for a large, respected Tier 1 contractor. The perfect applicant will have experience working on highways projects. Contract: Temp : GBP320 : 350 a day dependent on previous experience When: ASAP Where: Norwich Randstad Contact: Liberty OShea Responsibilities will include: Managing all aspects of the contractual side to the project Carrying out cost analysis Monitoring cost variations and writing reports Allocating work to subcontractors and making payments Ensuring the project does not exceed the budget Requirements: Working towards a Diploma or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 Contracts NEC 3 or other target cost contract experience Ideally experience from a Civils background or M and E background Experience in a similar role Experience working within the Water Industry is desirable Excellent numeracy Intermediate user of Excel and good use of other Microsoft packages UK Driving Licence What to do next If you feel this role meets your expectations please click apply and upload your latest cv.
