With a strong commitment to excellence and a rich history of successful project delivery, are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor. Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our major NEC railway infrastructure project valued at GBP1 billion. This project is a key component of the nations railway network, and your expertise will be crucial in ensuring its efficient and cost: effective delivery. Main Responsibilities: 1 Management and Issuing of Notices and Correspondence: Inputting to the efficient and effective management and issuing of accurate, timely, and compliant notices and correspondence related to project requirements. Preparation and backssment: Preparation or backssment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Cost Control and Forecasting: Implement cost control measures and forecasting techniques to monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Prepare and provide input to monthly reports including value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow, and budget. Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, including relevant contractual forms, methods of budgetary control, and utilisation of relevant software applications.
