Quality Test Technician

Position Description Maintains high quality standards of finished product by monitoring quality procedures throughout the assembly process while providing leadership in commitment to a quality culture. Job Responsibilities :Monitors the daily adherence to established quality standards and procedures and recommends changes.:Oversees the daily auditing of finished products.:Investigates root causes of assembly defects and initiates the corrective action process as required.:Works with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues discovered by customers.:Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements:Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.:Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment:Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement:Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Education High School diplomaGeneral Education Degree Experience Requirements:3 years experience in a manufacturing environment involved with final assembly Physical and Environmental Requirements Some physical demand; often lifts light weight material.
